DR. JANE JACOB

Jane Jacob is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences. A Cognitive Neuroscientist by training, her expertise is in Visual Psychophysics, and her research interests include Visual Short-Term and Working Memory Processing, Attention, and Consciousness.
She gets (perhaps a little too) excited when she talks to people about the brain and how it works. She is also really interested in helping students discover their potential and prepare for post-baccalaureate life.

DR. KACIE MENNIE

Kacie Mennie is a Cognitive Psychologist focusing on memory. She is an assistant professor at Louisiana Tech. My research interests tie into memory and the different types of conditions under which both true and false memories are formed.

Kathryn is a graduate of Louisiana Tech earning her undergraduate in psychology. She is in the PhD Counseling program at Louisiana Tech. She plans to work with veterans and help educate mental health providers on military culture to reduce stigmas and misconceptions that occur when treating the veteran population.
